Terms and Conditions of the Światłodźwięki Festival
1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules of participation in the Światłodźwięki Festival (hereinafter: the “Festival”), organized by the Our [Pl]ace Foundation for the Support of Culture, based in Poznań, registered under KRS number: 0000578750.
- The Festival takes place on the date and at the venue specified on the official website: swiatlodzwieki.art.
- Purchasing a ticket and attending the Festival constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Tickets
- Entry to the Festival is only possible with a valid ticket.
- Festival tickets are available in the following types:
- One-day tickets – valid only on the selected day of the Festival.
- Two-day tickets – valid for the entire duration of the Festival.
- Tickets can be purchased:
- online via the website swiatlodzwieki.art,
- in person at the Centrum Kultury Zamek in Poznań ticket office.
- Ticket prices are specified in the current price list available on the website or in the ticketing system/box office.
- The number of tickets is limited. The Organizer reserves the right to end ticket sales once the pool of tickets is sold out.
- Purchased tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, unless otherwise provided by law or if the Festival is canceled.
3. Rules of Participation
- Festival participants are required to carry a valid ticket at all times while on the Festival premises.
- Tickets may be personalized and, in such cases, may be verified against an ID document at the entrance.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring dangerous items to the Festival, including but not limited to weapons, pyrotechnics, or any items that may pose a threat.
- The Organizer has the right to refuse entry or remove from the Festival premises any person whose behavior endangers the safety of others or disrupts the event.
- The Festival may involve loud music, intense lighting effects, and other elements that may cause health discomfort. Participation in the Festival is at the participant’s own risk.
4. Organizer’s Rights and Responsibilities
- The Organizer undertakes to conduct the Festival in accordance with the announced program, subject to changes caused by reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
- The Organizer is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended during the Festival.
- The Organizer is entitled to record the Festival in the form of photographs, audio, and video recordings for documentation and promotional purposes. Participation in the Festival implies consent to the use of the participant’s image for these purposes.
5. Complaints
- Complaints related to ticket purchases should be submitted by email to festiwal@swiatlodzwieki.art within 14 days of the issue arising.
- Complaints will be considered within 30 days of receipt.
6. Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is always available on the website swiatlodzwieki.art.
- These Terms and Conditions are valid from the date of their publication on the website.
