Lenka Adamcová
By combining digital sound design with mutated vocal fragments, Lénok creates soundscapes that can be both haunting and liberating. Instead of stereotypical contemplation, she creates a different realities. Narrative audial idea of a collapsing and questioning the present state. She absolved sound studies internship in Strasbourg within study in intermedia department in Bratislava. After graduating she was one of the laureate of Oskar Čepan Award, for visual artists in 2022.
Currently she continues her audio studies at Conservatoire in the Hague in Sonology institute. Within addition to solo work, she collaborates on choreographic, performative and participatory audio-visual projects with local and foreign artists. In her next projects she focuses on character articulation trajectories placed on the walls of social audible bodies and their inside. Visualize transfixed unseen, to both be seen and heard.
